The WPPO Le Peppe portable pizza oven is the perfect pizza solution at home or on the go. Lightweight, yet durable, this pizza oven easily packs up for your next tailgate party. Available in red or black, the choice is up to you. This model includes both a cordierite pizza stone and a pizza peel. Choose from either wood chunks, charcoal or wood pellets as your fuel.     This little pizza oven is amazing. Reaches temperature pretty quickly and gives pizza a nice crust. Used a mix of wood chunks and pellets to keep temperature high but burning longer (pellets burn hot but are gone quicker). After around 15 min to reach 700F the pizza took only around 2 minutes in total to get done (even burnt the first one because was expecting it to be in there a bit longer), so remember to rotate it a few times, and don`t forget semolina to keep the dough from sticking to pizza peel.
    Item description says the cooking area is 23″x22″ which is not true (that is probably the size of the box) but it fits around a 12″ pizza nicely with some practice to turn it around in there.
    Overall a very good product and really fun to use.
