The Ooni Karu 16 is the latest addition to their lineup of high quality pizza ovens. This model replaces the Ooni Pro with an updated carbon steel shell and high temperature powder coated finish. This model features a glass door with ViewFlame™technology so you can keep your eyes on your pizza while it’s cooking, while also keeping heat inside the grill. The digital thermometer mounted to the front of the oven gives you an instant read on the temperature inside your oven. Cook with wood or charcoal right out of the box, or add on the optional gas burner. This model can easily accommodate a 16″ pizza, for something a little smaller check out the Ooni Karu 12.
